Challenge Consultants provide one to one coaching support for leaders, managers and individual members of staff to deepen their awareness and improve working practice particularly relating to equality, diversity and inclusion. In a safe coaching environment individuals can explore personal and professional challenges they face on a day-to-day basis with the aim of enabling more effective working. Our aim is to empower and enable people to take appropriate action to improve their practice and deliver positive and sustainable change.
Leaders and managers
We believe key individuals can make a big difference in embedding equality, diversity and inclusive practice and thereby make a significant shift in the culture of their organisation. We know that coaching is a proven tool to consolidate learning and to support individual people to develop effective behaviours and attitudes.
Challenge consultants provide expert coaching infused with a deep understanding of equality and inclusion in leadership and management. Our consultants can work with you to provide bespoke coaching support on a “one-off” basis or as a series of sessions.
We can also provide “team coaching” to help teams progress strategic objectives around equality and diversity or any other significant challenges.
