CULTURAL AWARENESS

What is the course about?
The course aims to increase participants’ awareness of the ways in which cultural difference can create barriers to effective communication and identify working practices which facilitate greater understanding of different cultures. Participants  learn practical ways of reducing the chances of being misunderstood, or misreading signals from others and develop a greater understanding of cultural practice.
