What is the course about?
The aim of this training is to support participants in recognising the practical usefulness of equality impact assessment or analysis; a valuable and practical tool for reviewing and improving policies and procedures. Participants consider the process and some practical issues which may arise in carrying out Equality Impact Assessments. They complete a real assessment using your organisation’s own policies and receive expert feedback and guidance. Optional toolkits comprising all documentation and completion guides are available. Who is it for? Suitable for managers and staff who undertake Equality Impact Assessments or Analysis. Duration Available as a half day or one day course. |
