Inclusive Leadership

Inclusive leadership has been the core of Challenge management and leadership training for decades.  We are now happy to be able to offer specific training in this area. Our courses utilise the latest research to help embed the core values of inclusive leadership and support organisations in cultural change and increased success.

Our one or two day programme includes the business case for inclusive leadership, working with staff - the practicalities, working toward inclusive personal traits and creating an inclusive environment where individuals, teams and the organisation thrives.

The workshop explores the expectations placed on leaders as role models and allies and gives real-world examples of best practice.

Our approach

The Challenge approach to inclusive leadership centres around the three themes of knowledge, trust and understanding and incorporates the key expectations of personal responsibility, accountability and courage.

Through interactive exercises, our inclusive leadership programme builds crucial skills to enable individuals to effectively operate as inclusive leaders.
